          Today's lunch was from Emporium Marketplace.  They had a what was labeled as a "Taco Bar" but there were no actual taco shells, so we had them make nachos:

          Lobster roll:

          I had read some online reviews of the beef being tough on this ship no matter the cut, so I opted for the lobster roll, which was very good.  Wifey took one for the team and ordered the filet mignon from France, and said at medium it was tender and flavorful.  Since we'd been snacking throughout the day, we both opted out of dessert with tonight's meal.
